Terms of Service
Introduction
Effective date: 16 April 2026 These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Pundo platform at https://pundo.cy and all related services, operated by Buhl Consulting Ltd. (Registration No. HE 329258), Kimonos 1, Apt 104, 7040 Oroklini, Larnaka, Cyprus. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
Definitions
• User — any individual who accesses or uses the Service • Shop Partner — any business that lists products or services on the Platform pursuant to a Shop Partner Agreement • Content — all text, images, data, product information, pricing, reviews, and other materials available through the Service • User Content — content submitted by Users (product photos, reviews, community contributions) • Platform — the Pundo website, applications, and all related technology infrastructure
Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. If using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity. When creating an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at info@pundo.cy if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
Permitted and Prohibited Use
You may use the Service to discover, search for, and compare products, services, and prices from local retailers and service providers in Cyprus. You agree not to: • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose • Scrape or use automated means to collect data without our prior written consent • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers • Upload or transmit viruses or other harmful code • Impersonate any person or entity • Post defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content • Send unsolicited commercial communications (spam) • Attempt to reverse-engineer any part of the Service • Remove or alter any copyright or trademark notices
Content and Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform (excluding User Content) is the property of Buhl Consulting Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Product information, pricing, and availability data is sourced from Shop Partners and publicly available sources. We do not warrant that such information is complete, accurate, or current. The display of a product or price does not constitute an offer to sell. By submitting User Content, you grant Buhl Consulting Ltd. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content in connection with the Service. "Pundo" and the Pundo logo are trademarks of Buhl Consulting Ltd.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that product information, pricing, or availability data is accurate, complete, or current. Pundo is a discovery and information platform. We do not sell products or services directly, do not process transactions, and are not a party to any transaction between Users and Shop Partners.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buhl Consulting Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total aggregate liability for all claims shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) EUR 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability exclusions. In such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Buhl Consulting Ltd. and its directors, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: • Your use of or access to the Service • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any third-party rights • Any User Content you submit through the Service

The Service may contain links to third-party websites provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content, products, or services of any third-party websites. Your interactions with third-party websites are solely between you and the relevant third party.
Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting a notice on the Platform or by email. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time or request account deletion by contacting info@pundo.cy. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately for any violation of these Terms.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Larnaka, Cyprus. If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you may also invoke the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence and bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. Consumers residing in the EU may submit complaints to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
General Provisions
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Buhl Consulting Ltd. regarding the Service. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. These Terms are drafted in English; in the event of any discrepancy with a translated version, the English version prevails.
